  Vijay D. Deshpande is a Personal Financial Representative and the founder of the agency, bringing over 45 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Vijay has worked alongside his daughter, Raina, for more than 18 years, providing invaluable guidance and mentorship to the team he proudly considers family. He is immensely proud of Raina’s leadership and the continued success of the agency. Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, Vijay is able to connect with and serve a diverse customer base. For the past 18 years, she has worked alongside their daughter, Raina Rauf, who now leads and continues to grow the agency. Smita is deeply passionate about helping people during their time of need and takes great pride in the family legacy built on trust, service, and strong values. She appreciates the team’s commitment to customer care, thoughtful guidance, and principled service. Fluent in Hindi and Marathi, Smita enjoys connecting with a diverse customer base.   Ann Marie brings 35 years of insurance industry experience to the team, joining the agency in March 2024. She is passionate about sales and enjoys helping customers find insurance solutions that truly fit their needs. Ann Marie values the family-oriented culture of the agency and appreciates being part of a knowledgeable, supportive team. She takes pride in maintaining her insurance license and continuing education for over 35 years in an ever-evolving industry.
