The gym is very clean, the equipment is well kept, the hours are 24/7. You can get a great workout without waiting for equipment. The staff is very helpful and professional. The rates are reasonable and it is convenient because I never have a problem parking close. The gym participates in many programs such as Silver Sneakers, Global Fit, Active & Fit, Silver & Fit and others to accommodate people with insurance plans that encourage physical fitness. It's a great place with a nice atmosphere which is why most clients have been at Pro Fitness for years.
